About Covid-19-Feedback
Real-time feedback from customers has long been common practice in retail and hospitality to drive improvements in service quality and compliance to company processes. During the Coronavirus crisis, the usual service measurement and drivers are secondary. Right now, companies are focused on the following question: How do I ensure that my store customers and employees are protected in the best possible way?

How does Covid-19 Feedback work?
By scanning a QR code displayed at the store’s exit, customers fill out a short survey on their smartphones. Customers report if protocols have been enforced: Were all employees you saw wearing a protective mask and gloves? Was there disinfectant/wipes and protective equipment available for you to use in the store? Did the store overall appear clean and properly disinfected?
Customers can also report their sense of safety and satisfaction: Did you (the customer) feel comfortable when shopping in the store/picking up an online order? Were you satisfied with your store experience overall?
